|Duties:||The Associate Director will engage members by conducting tours, answering membership inquiries, and building relationships through regular contact with members. The Associate Director will also encourage members to meet their wellness goals through development of incentive programs, presence on the wellness floor, and conducting wellness-related appointments. Other duties include assisting with the creation and implementation of wellness initiatives, informing members about programs in all areas, and entering data into membership software. Responsibilities may include hiring, training, and scheduling of wellness and/or membership staff, including on ActiveTrax system; coordinating wellness facility maintenance; and oversight of designated budget line.|
|Qualifications:||A Bachelorís degree in a wellness-related field is preferred. At least one year of experience in membership or wellness management or a related field is required. Personal Training is required within 6 months of hire. CPR/AED/First Aid is required within 30 days of hire. |
