Description:The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, self starter to provide administrative support and management to our Chief Executive Officer, Sr. Vice President of Strategy, Vice President of Philanthropy and Vice President of Community Development.

Duties:The Executive Assistant & Philanthropy Manager will be responsible for coordinating and strategically managing the schedule of the CEO; initiating and supporting relationship-building with key volunteers and donors; scheduling, managing and organizing meetings and events; and supporting the Development departmentís philanthropic efforts. Additional duties include general administrative support; interacting with organizational leaders, Board members and other volunteers; arranging travel; preparing correspondence, reports and summaries; and ordering office and meeting supplies.
Qualifications:Applicants should have at least three years of administrative experience, with a Bachelorís degree strongly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information in a timely, professional manner, are necessary. Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at effectively multitasking. In order to effectively support CEO and other efforts, hours may include some early mornings, evenings and weekends.
